Had this issue before but it fixed itself now the red light on the front is on constantly and won't go green when pressing the front button. Tried the reset procedure twice where you disconnect the power, press the reset button and power back on. Nothing happens even after 2 minutes with no flashing red or green lights.
I'm guessing the unit is goosed?
