Mini box will no connect

I had to turn my sky Q box off. After turning it back on it will not connect with the mini box I have in my bedroom . I've done what the online menu says but only get to step 2 and no further

@Ian+Godfrey  Unplug each sky box and the internet hub for ten minutes. After doing that connect the main box first. Now in order to get a successful connection all boxes need to be on the same standby setting- To get to the standby settings 

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
  2. Select Preferences, followed by Standby mode, and select the setting you want

I recommend putting each box on Active for the standby setting.

Next what you will do, is on the main box

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Status
  2. Go down to "Watch on Sky Q mini box" and press Reactivate

Now you will do the same to each mini box except instead of saying "Watch on Sky Q mini box", It will say "Connection to Sky Box". 

 

This will now restart the mini box and it should work, if not you might need a connectivity engineer and I suggest you call Sky
