Mini box switching on & off saying no connectivity

one of my mini boxes saying No connectivity & keeps switching on & off

Thank you 

it started affecting my main box too but a hard drive reboot helped that one. But now both mini boxes only showing online tv 

can't watch films, tv, recordings etc etc 

having to watch everything through apps on them
