Mini box stick in setup remote not paired

Cant set up Sky mini box due to remote not being paired.  But cant pair remote because cant get to settings.

Stuck on page "problem joining your neywork"

Hi @CEF77 

Reset your remote by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. 

This will set it to infrared mode and you should be able to control the mini.  You need to point it directly at the mini.

Once you get the mini working you can re-pair the remote when the mini is on with green led by pressing 1 & 3 and following onscreen instructions
