Mini box returns
Do I need to return the remote control with the old faulty mini box being replaced?

If this is via a doorstep box swap have the faulty box by your front door. The courier will take the replacement mini box out of the packaging and put the faulty box in. Check whether he/she leaves a replacement remote before committing to handing the old remote back.
