Mini box replacement.

I have just been on the phone to Sky for half an hour trying to establish my mini box is not working and need a replacement. Eventually the person said they have placed an order to send me a New Sky Q minibox.They  said I would get a text and an email confirmation. I have not received anything yet. Pkease can you look into this

Hi @TRD23   The quickest way is to preserve by phone. This is a community of customers, not Sky customer services.
