Engineer was due to install tv (dish etc) between 12 - 5. At 4.30 I rang Sky as I was getting concerned. Told that the engineer was unable to access the property due to building work!!! What building work? Utter nonsense! I was offered another appointment in 6 days time. Does anyone know the quickest way to complain and escalate this as its pure lies from them.
