Mini box not working

Last night while watching the sky mini box it made a fizzing sound as if it was about to start sparking I turned it off at the mains and it hasn't come back on since, I've tried changing the fuse which hasn't made a difference and tried putting into a different tv but it still isn't working. could a new box and cables be sent out please and I can return these ones.
