Have changed isp and trying to connect my mini box to it but am stuck on Accessibility screen. No matter how many times I switch it off at wall and also try the WPS button

Sky have suggested the following...
- Unpair their Sky Q remote from the box by holding 4&6
- Wait for the remote to flash
- Then dismiss the information screen "Skip & set up later"
- Hold 1&3 to repair the remote control
If 4&6 does not allow you to clear the information screen, try holding 7&9 to reset the Sky Q remote then hold 1&3 and follow the on-screen setup journey to allow the remote to control the telly.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging so DMs are switched off

Thankyou I followed your instructions and managed to get the accessibility message off screen and my remote working . Sky Q box says I can view on mini box but I can't get past the green and the flashing orange light on stage 2 of 4- it doesn't move on. Sky Q box is working and settings says everything is connected but I am not able to get minibox working. Can you help please?
