No signal getting to box from main box

Red light only comes on once I press reset and nothing happens after that.

I have tried everything, when I switch off and turn back on no light on front only when I press the reset the red light appears and stays on regardless.

I had this a few weeks ago - left the mini unplugged overnight (not sure this helped to be honest) and then plugged it back in and re-paired the remote control. Press 7 and 9 together on the remote until it flashes 4 times and then point the remote at the mini and press 1 and 3 until the led flashes and they try pressin ghome to see if the mini turns on.
