Mini box keeps disconnecting from internet

I have three mini boxes and one of the them has developed a fault. Picture freezes and internet connection is lost. 
I have swapped another mini box to this location and connection is not an issue.

So I think there is a fault with the mini box. How do I contact sky to replace mini box?
