Mini box issues

My mini box is showing green light remote is working but saying no signal on tv I have unplugged and tried restarting and charged the hdmi but still nothing

Try turning both your Mini box and your main Sky Q box off at the plug. Restart the main box after 30 seconds or so, and wait until it has fully restarted before starting your Mini box again.
