Mini box issues

Mini box crashing every night with a new and interesting reason why it won't work. Constantly having to reboot, can some one at sky please organise a new unit as I can't talk to anyone tried that for 39 mins and no good. The amount of money we pay and I can't talk to someone to short this out. Frustrating 😳

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. You will need to speak to Sky to order a swap if it's required. You can't order one via the forum.

 

The amount of money we pay and I can't talk to someone to short this out. Frustrating 

 

Sometimes the lines are busy so you may need to persevere on the phone longer than 39 minutes.
