Mini box frequently disconnecting

The sky q mini box keeps disconnecting from the main box, but it says it is connected on the main box.

im having to restart the sky q mini box about 3/5 times a day as this is happening regularly.

i have also reset the broadband but the same thing keeps happening.

then yesterday, the remote also started to lose connection and I now need to reset the sky q mini remote  to the sky q mini box - I have had to do this twice.

is this something that can be fixed?

@Fatman247 If you have not done so reboot your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot your mini box

if you are having a network issue and it's causing this try to obtain a new IP address. In the settings menu go to broadband if you have an x press reconnect and assuming this doesn't work go to contninue. When system reboots it should take you through the steps to give u a new IP address then your box might work - 🤞if not then it's engineer time.
