Mini box dropped connection. Now frozen
Main box and mini box to Sky Q both dropped broadband connection yesterday. Main box reconfigured but mini box now frozen. Not responding to remote control instructions.

Hi. I am having this problem
had an issue in May and eventually got an engineer the begining of June, who was very helpful and replaced the router. Now 2 months later, the minibox has stopped working again.
It is a lot of money for something that does not work.
I left BT as they were getting expensive but at least it worked. Sky continualy drops out, I cannot watch tv, and often
have to rely on 4 or 5 G as no internet.
Log onto their app or website and it just goes in circles with no real resolutions. Time to leave I think.
