I too am having shocking problems for the last week with my mini boxes disconnecting from the main sky q box.  Bought and set up a deco mesh system yesterday, still the same issues today.  Terrible!!

I shall be persuing a refund for this month, for a failed service.  [removed] I think Sky would do something about the poor service, it's only about the money anymore.  Sky technology used to be so good!

I have tried to order a new mini box and Sky want you to be at home to receive it so you can hand over the old one. When you work 7-6, 5 days a week that's hard. 
when you order it, they can't even tell you what day it will be delivered! Very poor, considering how much the monthly subscription is
