Mini box Wi-Fi signal is poor

I have a mini box in my man cave in the garden which is hard wired through erthnet, however despite it showing full bars nothing can connect anymore like it used to. My Alexa even keeps saying it is the wrong password, which it is not, when I try to reconnect it. Any ideas as this used to work brilliantly
