Mini box/Tv screen keeps freezing
Main tv/box is fine but our mini box/tv keeps freezing across all channels. Any suggestions please?

@Mark559 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting your mini box

Why can’t you just talk to someone at Sky?
Following on from my previous post, why do you have to go through the Sky community to try and get anything resolved? Why won't Sky help you over the phone. I've got a mini box that freezes all the time. I'm paying for a facility that isn't working and Sky don't seem bothered!!
