Mini Sky Q box switching on but no output is reaching TV

The mini sky Q box is switching on, but the television is not receiving any signal. HDMI 1 won’t recognise the input. I’ve tried multiple televisions and cables so it must be the box. Any ideas of how to fix it or whether it is possible would be appreciated.

Hi having you tried resetting the mini box? Also reactivate the mini box in the settings on the main Q box. Tx
