Mini Q Box not connecting

Mini box in other room not connecting and unresponsive to the controller. I've switched on/off and tried to put in new batteries but stops at stage 2 and then says unsuccessful connection and the Error: MR001

@IE22 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box
