Mini Box

Received a new Sky Q box today. We have three mini boxes. Two have had no problems, one not working. Swopped one box round, the same mini box not working on another tv.

 

Going online to problem solve, it suggests I order a new Sky Q box! This is not the problem, I need the mini box replaced. How do I do this, please can someone help? Thank you.

Thank you. All sorted now, finally spoke to a human! A new mini box is on the way.

 

We sorted two out of the three mini boxes. Swopped the faulty one to a different tv and still didn't work.
