Mini Box stuck on this page and won't accept commands from Sky Remots
Helping my even older neighbour - today she had new fibre cables and set up installed. All good - tv connexted, phone, laptop etc all good.
She has mini box in bedroom. At set up, came across this screen. Cannot get any further - screen frozen. Commands not accepted from the Sky Remote.
Any ideas?

hi @Robert01506
This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:
Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)
Hopefully you can then dismiss the message
Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together
If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times
Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV

I shall try when next round at my neighbour's house.
I perhaps should have said that when frozen at this screen, the remote can still control volume and up volume down but nothing else.

Yes the volume control is not affected by this
Hopefully it will work , hopefully the first steps will work
If you do have to do have to do a reset you will need to follow the steps closely to ensure the TV volume continues to work (it won't immediately after the reset - the pairing back with the TV is part of the process)
