Mini Box keeps requiring restart.

The last few days my mini box fails to connect to the main box with Error Code :- MR104, everytime the TV and minibox is turned on, so having to reactivate it via settings each time.

 

Is anyone else having this issue ? Just wondering if its a software update issue or my box is on its way out.

 

 

 

Software version :- Q220.000.23.00L

Hi @TwoBit Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
