Yesterday I upgraded to HD/ HD plus. I cannot receive Sky Cinema now .
Other HD channels are working but all Sky Cinema channels give the message "channel affected by a problem with the satellote signal"

Hi @TG63 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
