Mini Box QR code every night despite in active mode

My mini box is in active mode - despite this every single night (since end of November) it loses connection and the qr code comes up and I cannot get it to reconnect.

Sky says box and connection fine and not broken, and no issues and insist box in eco mode, it isn't!!!!!!

 I have poor sleep and am ND and rely on the tv working to get me back to sleep.

Anyone got a magic fix because I am about to send it back as what's the point
We've rebooted everything a million times and same outcome.

Hi @Mrsh73 Make sure both your main SKYQ box are on the same mode "active" then in the foloowing order:-  reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same for the Mini box?
