Message saying insert viewing card
Every time I put the TV on I get a message saying to Insert a viewing card. I have. This makes no differenvce. Have tried speakinf to someonew at sky, which seems a virtual imposibility. Such an awful company to deal with.

My wife took the mains lead out to reboot the box last night (I was away) , I looked at the card and it had been dislodged so powered down reinserted the card and all's good.
