Message on screen saying I don’t have subscription

Message on screen on both mini boxes saying I don't have subscription to watch channels on these boxes

For some channnels like TNT, you need an add-on to a main Sky Q membership

@Hotspur1882 is this on all channels if so have you been able to view channels in the past 

 

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then rebooting your mini boxes
