I currently have the main box connected to the routers WIFI network, and a mini connected to the main box via its mesh WIFI network. Im looking to add another mini at the bottom of the garden, and need to connect this one to the main router via ethernet, as there's no way of getting that cable to the main Q box, or wiring the main Q box to the router either.
Im assuming this will work if i do a reset on the new mini and disable its WIFI setting?, or would the main box also have to be connected to the router via ethernet?.

hi @exiged1
It depends who your ISP & if SKY if you have one of their latest routers
For 3rd party ISPs & the newer SKY routers (which are treated by SKY Q as 3rd party) then you must either connect the mini to the main box via ethernet or both to be connected to the router (or a network Switch)
For the older SKY routers I think you can mix (i.e. mini to router via ethernet & main to router via wifi)
