Hi Everyone
I am having some issues when I try to activate my Paramount + and Discovery +. I was using the apps on my Sqy Q, upgrade to Sky stream, hate it and roll back to Sky Q.
Since the roll back, my apps show as cancelled.
When I go to the markeplace I can order and it actually shows price as 0 (included in my subscription).
I click confirm and get an error that says: You´re almost there! Thanks for your patience. We´re experiencing high demand right now and will be up and running as quickly as possilbe. Please come back and try again shortly. MYSKY_2306.
Tried different times, days and even devices.
Waster hours on the phone with sky with no solution (not even using the mysky app or the sky website).
Any suggestions or ideas?

As you have seen, when you change Sky Platform your free Paramount+ and Discovery+ gets cancelled.
You have to the do the activation again.
The error you mention is a common one on here that can be hit and miss in resolving easily.
Seen some success from those that did a broadband router/hub power off, leaving off power for half hour or more.
With most ISPs, this resets your WAN ip address and helps the activation process complete.
Others have created the activation with using a new (different) email address than they had used previously for their D+ and P+ accounts and then at a later stage changed that to their preferred email (previous) email address within the D+ and P+ account settings.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).

It work with your suggestion.
Used my mobile to create a hotspot, put the box in the mobile network and managed to activate both services.
