MYSKY_2008 Error on Discovery and Paramount

I've tried the multitude of options mentioned previously to no avail, refresh Apps, update software, switch off and on and nothing works.

Hi following advice from the Sky advisor I rang Sky and was on the phone for 40mins on the 20th December trying to sort out the issue (apparently it was due to a redundant account still linked to my account). 
I was informed it would take up to 8 days for the issue to be resolved. 
Its now been a month and I still can't access Paramount + or Discovery +
