MYSKY_1017 error UltraHD

Hi, 

 

Has anyone on here had the error MYSKY_1017?

 

My UHD stopped working, so followed the instructions to upgrade the software on my Sky Q box. Now when I try to download UHD content - I get a "Press red to upgrade" - I already have UHD enabled as part of my full movies and sports package. 

 

Pressing red gives an upgrade error message as above - literally pulling my hair out, as there is nothing about it in any of the help docs. TIA for any help!
