Sorry, but you appear to be trying to stream My5 from behind a VPN or Proxy service, which is not supported.

Channel 5 help is no help can i fix this or is it up to sky - i assume everyone else has had this problem/

If you do have Sky Broadband unplug your router for around 30 minutes, it may pick up a new IP
