MY5 CANNOT VIEW AS DETECTS I HAVE VPN -- I DONT

Sorry, but you appear to be trying to stream My5 from behind a VPN or Proxy service, which is not supported.

Channel 5 help is no help can i fix this or is it up to sky  - i assume everyone else has had this problem/

@arthurx1234 The issue will be with the IP your ISP uses and with the exception of Sky Broadband, there wouldn't be much Sky can do about it.

 

If you do have Sky Broadband unplug your router for around 30 minutes, it may pick up a new IP

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
