MUTV not working

Currently unable to watch MUTV on my SKYQ UHD box.  Checked my bill and MUTV is still there currently for next month too.  It's channel 418 MUTV HD, it says I'm not subscribed, if I press red button to upgrade it says it's already part of my package (error DSU_508).

 

The only thing I can think of is that my MUTV sub is very very old, pre HD TV old, so when they turned off the SD channel at the end of May, it messed with something.  Don't believe I've tried to watch it since that turn off happened.

 

Get the feeling I'm going to have to phone someone.

Also tried restarting my box and removing the viewing card, didn't help.
