MR104 mini box not connecting
I read other threads on this MR104 issue but still no success. I had multi room working fine but cancelled a couple of months ago. Sky have enticed me with sending a new mini box but it will not connect to the main box. I work in IT have tried the things listed on this issue on this forum but no joy.
Broadband is fine and mesh disks around ensure Wi-Fi is strong but cannot get new mini box to connect. Have also tried Ethernet connection to the mini and still no joy. Very frustrating and there is clearly no simple fix.

@Spink66 you do realise that if you are trying to connect by wifi your mini box doesnt connect to your home wifi but to a mesh generated by the main box so you need to connect the mini box by wps to your main box
If you are trying by ethernet you need to connect the mini to your main box by ethernet or if your main box is connected by ethernet then your mini can connect to your router or could possibly connect to the disk

TBH I have given up trying and tempted to cancel the whole thing as just in loop trying to do something so basic it's untrue. And something that has worked before. Might cancel the direct debit and then at least will speak to someone
