Lost schedule recordings

Have googled this and it says press services on handset to start rebuild. There is no service button on my sky q handset. Have lost all series link future recordings. Have tried reboot but that's doesn't work.

@Tommox2

Try rebooting your router first, then reboot your Sky Q box and then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Re: Lost schedule recordings

Hi Daniel. Have tried that with no success. This keeps happening so maybe we need sky engineer out. Thank you for your reply.

Hi @Tommox2

There is no Rebuild on Sky Q.

Rebuild in Services is only on Sky+.

You could try a Reset Settings in the Q box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Resetting the settings will also reset:

Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Think this is beyond my capabilities unfortunately. Thank you very much for trying to help me.
