Lost mini box connection
Hi my bedroom mini box keeps crashing out saying you haven't got connection atm then it comes back after ages or I have to u plug it constantly
any idea is what this could be ?
Forget Wi-Fi all my stuff here is hard wired in so if that was to fail Wi-Fi should back up really but it crashes & shouldn't because it's wired in with cables ! We had it hard wires in so this wouldn't happen

Hi @JulieM68 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

Hi,
I am having exactly the same issues, I have tried everything including your suggestion. I have had a TV engineer out and been advised that I need a broadband engineer, but cannot get anyone at Sky to listen or help? Any ideas?
