@gillbrockway25  You'll need to provide more info, what system do you have?  What messages do you see on screen?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you still a Sky subscriber & have an up to date payment method in place? Sky can & do terminate subscriptions if you own a certain amount of money. I would check that any payments have been made.

 

Is there any error message on the Sky channels?

 

Have you turned the box off, unplugged it & waited a few minutes then plugged everything back in?
