Loss of signal
Missed a recent sky engineer appointment so need to book another one. However, on a previous visit a sky engineer came to sort our loss of signal problem but said he couldn't proceed by himself as the satellite dish is up on the roof and is two person job. Two engineers have to attend please.

Hi @Marshman1875 I'm afraid that you are not talking to Sky customer services as this is a public community forum. Probably best to telephone Sky.
