I raised a CRF on 22/10 in relation to not being able to access any apps like netflix, disney, paramount, prime etc and not being able to download anything off sky channels on demand.
We had engineer out on 21/10 who checked our signal, broadband etc (all working), replaced box and viewing card. All equipment working. He said to raise CRF as it was something to do with Sky and account management (not my bill or anything). I raised the CRF but wondering how long they take and how do I know when it is fixed? Checked today 23/10 and still cant access anything on demand (except BBC iplayer and ITV X). Anyone else had similar issue?
