Losing internet connection

Hi, its been happening for a while now, but i seem to lose internet connection to my sky apps and with my wifi to my phone aswell. this used to happen once in an odd time, but now its 3 or 4 times a day for longer periods etc. Sky tv channels work perfect but not the apps or sometimes my recordings on the box.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
