Loose sky signal when it rains
Ever time it rains even a little bit we lose sky signal and are unable to watch tv

Hi @Rosie36
Rain clouds can affect the satellite signal but it normally needs heavy cloud cover.
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
