Looking to add multiscreen but can't

Hi,

I'm struggling to find where I can add multiscreen to my account. It's not showing in the Sky App and everytime I try and find it on the website I gets me to load the app again. I'm stuck in a loop never being able to find or add anything to my account.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi @NFHere

If you check in your Q in My Sky menu you see it's available there.

Go to the Q box Home menu and scroll down to the bottom where you will find My Sky.

Select this and you should find the Black Friday  Offer of £11 per month (for four months) instead of £15.

Looking again it doesn't say for 4 months that related to other offers,   You should get more info if you select it

Hi

Sadly when I try via my sky on the sky q box it just comes up with an error. So I'm flummoxed!

Hi @NFHere

Make that that your Q box is connected to your Broadband router.  If this is all OK try rebooting your Q box to see if this helps.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
