I have Audio Description on every channel, regardless of what I do!?

It does not matter what I do I have audio descripyion on everything, every channel, every show. And I have it set on OFF on the remote. It is incredibly annoying.

Of course I have tried turning the box off and on again

(And its not the TV The settings for description and subtitles are off on that as well)

@edgeworthy 

 

  1. Press the Home button on your remote (located directly below the down arrow).
  2. Press the down arrow 11 times to highlight Settings, then press the right arrow or Select button.
  3. Press the down arrow 3 times to highlight Accessibility, then press the right arrow or Select button.
  4. Audio Description will now be highlighted. Press the Select button to toggle it on or off, then press Dismiss (located to the left of the Home button) to close the menu.

This seems to have worked. Although according to the Accessability settings it was already off!?

Hi @edgeworthy 

In Accessibility the Settings are global and will apply to all content.

However if you use the Question mark button on the remote to change subtitles or Audio Description this will only apply to the current channel selected without changing the Global setting in Accessibility.

 

If you use Voice control to change the Setting this will change the Global setting in Accessibility.
