Location check failed

I can't download any movies as it says location check failed. I had the same with Disney plus but they fixed after a call. Any ideas?

If you use a computer or WiFi device to go to any 'where is my IP' type website, where does that say you are located?

I had the same issue. Sky GeoLocation Servers said I was in Sweden but other sites were fine. Issue was eventually fixed after someone on here raised it to a Sky employee who knew what they were doing (not a front line phone agent following a script - no disrespect meant!!)
