Since we swapped over to fibre our signal on the tv when watching YouTube for example is pretty much always "loading" so its total crap. It never did this before swapping to fibre. What's wrong????

Did you carry out a Network reset on the Sky Q box after you changed to fibre?

Yes we did carry out a Network reset on the Sky Q box after the swap changed to fibre. It worked fine for 3 moth's although we didn't notice it being any quicker. Now 3 months later it's diabolical.

As it was fine initially, I would recommend a router & Sky box restarts, as it might be a 'handshake' issue which is usually sorted by doing this.
