Live tv not working

I can use Sky services in terms of all of the apps but when I select any live TV channels I am getting a 'loading' message.

Hi @Diane118   Have you tried a power (mains) reboot of the box. Is it the Main Sky Q box or Mini box?

It's the main box, I'll try that now.

What's LS29?  A postcode? Satellite TV is a single signal beamed to the whole of the UK & Ireland from "up there", so except in cases where a severe thunderstorm might create a localised problem, the location isn't relevant like it can be with terrestrial TV signals.
