I’m a new sky customer
Just asking as a new customer how often does the screen go all pixelated and unwatchable I don't really watch much to other than football and with the footy season coming up don't want to miss games because of it and just for added info it's happened 2 days on the run now and all the checks have said my devices are working normally is this normal how do I contact sky about compensation as I'm paying for something I haven't been able to use for 2 days in a row

Assuming you have Sky Q, it could be lose dish to box connector(s) or the dish is slightly misaligned with the satellite (do you have your own dish or a shared one?)
