Lip Sync issues with the Sky Q Box

That doesn't explain why it would cause lipsync issues though. Seems an odd symptom if the cable just can't carry a clean signal at that bitrate.

Dont know what to tell you then other than it worked for me and has been rock solid since. Cost about £10.

Maybe losing some kind of signalling data that's used to align the audio and video, on the "bad" cable. Interesting.

Tried several High Speed HDMI cables 10.2gbps all the same.

I meant bad as in "not doing the job", not a specific cable.

Clearly any 10Gb cable is not certified to carry UHD @ 10bit

I was speculating about the surprising (to me) symptom.
