I was chuffed to see a 3 month free trial to lionsgate+ added to my SkyQ box as I love Outlander
I clicked on the icon and followed the instructions so that Lionsgate+ shows up on the product list on MySky
The next thing I had to do was a create a lionsgate+ account (as I had had one in the past, I created a new one with a different email address)
to complete the sign-up, I had to agree to sign up for a subscription package over a period of time but assumed that this was just to get the account set up
i went to activate the subscription on MySky and the QR code came up with the below error, so now I have a subscription that (according to sky) should be free until November but Lionsgate+ will want to charge me for in 7days
has anyone experienced the same issue as neither Sky or lionsgate/starz acknowledge that the issue is with their service?

Do you mean on your Sky Q box connected to your TV?

Download the Lionsgate+ app to your iPad from the App Store. Log in with the same details you registered the app with on Sky.
